Kessock Bridge navigation lights - Notice to mariners 04/2011

Please accept my apologies for the delay in repairing these lights.
I have inspected them this morning myself before dawn and enclose a new Notice to Mariners 04/2011.
The SE and SW Occ Red 6s have failed completely.
The NE and NW Occ Gr 6s have become intermittent and therefore out of character.
They are 29 years old and I am trying to replace all four but it has proven to be difficult to accomplish.

A9 1350 Kessock Road Bridge Inverness - Notice to Mariners

Could you please post this Notice to Mariners at your respective harbours in case anyone is heading in the Kessock Bridge direction.

The University of Aberdeen has now completed the deployment of 72 moorings in the Moray Firth.  Please find attached details of the as-laid positions of these moorings.  Most moorings have a 6ft dhan buoy, with large orange float and a radar reflector.  However, some of the moorings have no surface markers and details of these are also given. 
 
Please circulate these details widely within your organisations.
